We work directly with architects, private clients, developers, local councils and also on our own projects. We can sub-contract for specific jobs or we can provide the full package, carrying out complete development projects from start to finish. Our knowledge and expertise mean we can offer the best practical advice from a construction perspective, to ensure the entire project runs smoothly from planning permission to completion.
A lot of the building work we undertake is for high-end new residential developments, including houses and small blocks of flats plus large project house renovations and home upgrades. We also work on building projects with Housing Associations and similar organisations and specialise in DDA adaptions in homes for clients with special needs.
In addition to house building, we also work on commercial building projects, primarily small, bespoke office blocks. We oversee the entire project, collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure every aspect of the construction process is well-managed and meets all necessary standards and requirements.
Our experience in the house building industry means we also offer a reliable service as bricklaying subcontractors. Our highly skilled bricklayers have worked with many larger construction companies on both commercial and residential developments.
